Hello, I’m Saneesh VS, the founder of RunUpfit.com, a blog dedicated to the exciting world of running. By day, I’m a Registered Nurse, but by passion, I’m a dedicated runner.

My journey into the world of running began as a quest to shed some extra pounds. At first, the idea of running seemed daunting—I could barely run for a minute without gasping for breath. But I was determined to make a change in my life, and that’s when fate stepped in.

One day, a fellow member of a popular Facebook running group recommended the Couch to 5K App to me. I was initially hesitant, especially considering it was a paid app that cost about $50. However, little did I know that this would be the game-changer in my life. I took the plunge, invested in myself, and signed up for the app.

Over the course of three months, this app transformed my life. It pushed me to go beyond my limits, step by step, helping me build my stamina and endurance. The moment I crossed that finish line at my first 5K race was nothing short of euphoric. I realized that with dedication, perseverance, and the right guidance, anyone can achieve their running goals.

And that’s why I started RunUpfit.com. I wanted to create a space where aspiring runners, just like me, could find the support, guidance, and motivation they need to kickstart their running journey. Whether you’re a complete novice or an experienced runner, this blog is a hub for all things running.
